Hospice care

Hospice care focuses on providing comfort, pain management, and emotional support for pets nearing the end of their lives. At Until We Meet Again Veterinary Hospice & Euthanasia Services, we help families navigate this stage with compassionate care, ensuring pets remain as comfortable and peaceful as possible in their final days.

House-Call Services

Our in-home veterinary consultations provide personalized care for senior pets in a familiar setting. A form must be completed before scheduling. During the 1–2 hour visit, our doctor will assess your pet, conduct blood work if needed, prescribe medications, and recommend treatments. Reports must be emailed for review. The service costs $200, with additional fees for locations outside Richmond.

Quality of Life Decision (Online)

Making end-of-life decisions for a beloved pet is never easy. Our veterinary hospice technician provides online consultations to offer guidance and support during this emotional process. This service, conducted with input from a veterinarian, is designed to help families make informed decisions. It does not include medication prescriptions or refills but provides compassionate assistance in evaluating a pet’s well-being.

Virtual Consultation

For pet owners seeking guidance from home, Until We Meet Again Veterinary Hospice & Euthanasia Services offers one-hour virtual consultations. After submitting the required form and appointment request, the doctor carefully reviews the pet’s history before scheduling. Appointments are set at least three days after submission to allow time for review. Blood work and other reports must be emailed in advance.
